We're looking for an Account Director – DACH Public Sector to drive growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building executive relationships and closing complex enterprise SaaS deals.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a high-performing enterprise sales professional who combines strong commercial instincts with outstanding relationship-building skills.

Experience selling AI, data intelligence, analytics, cybersecurity, compliance or investigative SaaS solutions would be advantageous.

Must Have

• Fluent in German and English.
• Right to work in Germany.
• 5+ years' experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions into Public Sector organisations across the DACH region.
• Strong existing relationships and network within the German Public Sector.
• Proven track record of winning new enterprise business and exceeding sales targets.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to build a territory and generate pipeline from scratch.
• Fluency in AI.

Highly desirable

• Experience selling AI, analytics, intelligence, cybersecurity or compliance software.
• Knowledge of financial crime, fraud, AML or investigative technologies.
• Existing relationships across Public Sector organisations in Austria and Switzerland, in addition to Germany.
