The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across the UK & Ireland.

This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience selling complex software or technology solutions into Police, Law Enforcement or Government organisations.

Reporting to the UKI Sales Director, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from identifying and developing opportunities through to closing new business and expanding existing customer accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Build and convert a strong, qualified UKI sales pipeline.
• Win new business across Police, Law Enforcement and Government.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling and increased adoption.
• Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
• Work closely with marketing, analysts and customer-facing teams to support customer engagement and growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and sales activity.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience selling into UKI Police or Law Enforcement organisations.
• Proven experience selling complex software or technology solutions.
• A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience across both new business and account management.
• Strong understanding of complex and consultative sales cycles.
• Experience in investigative intelligence, security, Government or Defence is advantageous.

You’ll be comfortable opening doors, navigating complex buying processes, building senior relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. You’ll be focused on winning new business and growing existing accounts.

Remote, But Customer-Focused

You’ll work remotely from the UK, with regular travel to customers and industry events across the UK & Ireland, plus occasional international travel.
