We're supporting a fast-growing US OSINT & intelligence technology company that is expanding its DoD sales team following strong growth across Federal.

We’re looking for proven Federal hunters to take ownership of two key territories:

• US Army / Joint
• US Navy / Marine Corps

The Opportunity

• $300k-$340k OTE + equity
• $1m+ enterprise deal sizes
• Sales cycles typically 3-6 months
• Existing DoD traction and pipeline
• Opportunity to genuinely build and own your territory
• High-growth, US-owned technology company

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Federal technology sales
• Deep relationships across Army/Joint OR Navy/Marine Corps
• Proven net-new hunter - not someone reliant on inherited accounts
• Track record of achieving / exceeding quota
• Experience personally closing $1m+ Federal deals
• Background in AI, intelligence, OSINT, cyber, digital forensics or adjacent mission technology highly relevant
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment

Location: Washington, DC / DMV preferred

Compensation: $300k–$340k OTE + Equity
