A leading OSINT and intelligence technology company is scaling their Federal Sales team. They helps governments, law enforcement, defense, and financial crime teams make better decisions through cutting-edge intelligence platforms.
The Role
The Federal Civilian Account Executive will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic Federal Civilian relationships - added bonus if you have experience and deep relations across the DOJ/FBI or Treasure/IRS, and other related organizations.
This is a quota-carrying role focused on growing existing accounts, identifying new mission opportunities, and positioning the vendor's OSINT capabilities to support investigative, intelligence, and financial crime use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of Federal Civilian accounts, with primary focus on DOJ, FBI, Treasury, and IRS.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align company capabilities to customer mission priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with executives, program managers, investigators, analysts, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent agencies.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract award and expansion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and long-term adoption.
- Maintain a deep understanding of agency priorities, funding cycles, acquisition strategies, and competitive dynamics.
- Work with partners, systems integrators, and channel organizations to expand market reach and drive growth.
- Accurately forecast pipeline, bookings, and revenue against assigned targets.
- Represent company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- 8+ years of Federal sales experience selling software, SaaS, data, analytics, cybersecurity, intelligence, or related technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success selling into Federal Civilian agencies, particularly DOJ, FBI, Treasury, IRS, or broader law enforcement and investigative organizations.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and growing strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and government buying cycles.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop executive-level relationships and translate mission requirements into business value.
- Experience with intelligence, investigative, financial crime, fraud, or OSINT solutions is highly desirable.
