A fast-growing Series A, OSINT vendor is looking to scale their Pre Sales team in the US. They support global law enforcement, defense, and financial crime teams, with a mission to help organisations tackle critical challenges like terrorism, misinformation, and financial crime.
The Role
They are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team by delivering impactful demos, shaping technical solutions, and guiding customers through the buying journey. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to showcase the value of our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions
- Deliver engaging product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead proof-of-value projects and support customer evaluations
- Provide technical input to Product and Engineering teams
- Support integrations (APIs, data workflows) and troubleshoot where needed
- Create demo assets and technical materials
- Stay up to date on OSINT trends and represent the company at events
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, intelligence, or data platforms
- Strong understanding of OSINT - ideally using and training on the tools, supporting public sector use cases (law enforcement, defense, etc.)
- Confident presenter who can simplify complex topics
- Experience with APIs, data platforms, or cloud tech is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
