They're looking for Forward Deployed Engineers who enjoy solving customer problems just as much as writing great code.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deploying and optimising enterprise AI and data platforms
• Working directly with government customers
• Building scalable data solutions using modern engineering practices
• Solving complex technical challenges alongside mission teams
• Rotating across exciting new programmes every 6–12 months while remaining with the same employer

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance (TS preferred)
• Full Stack, Platform, or Data Engineering background
• Strong Python experience
• Spark/PySpark or modern data engineering experience
• Customer-facing mindset with excellent communication skills

Successful candidates can join a fully paid 8-week Databricks Readiness Programme, designed to take experienced Software, Platform, and Data Engineers through to Databricks proficiency before joining a customer project.

Salary Expectations - $190k - $250k Plus Bonus Depending on Experience
