What You’ll Do
As the Director of Public Sector Sales you will develop and lead execution of sales strategies tailored to public sector clients in your region.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders (e.g., industry leads, product experts, and solution architects) to align approaches and secure new deals.
- Deliver consistent sales results and contribute to organisational growth objectives.
- Provide leadership and influence cross-functional teams to advance sales performance.
Who You Are
- As the Director of Public Sector Sales you should have strong knowledge of public sector operational challenges and procurement processes (including frameworks and contracts).
- You bring significant experience in complex, consultative solution selling, ideally into government or public sector organisations e.g Belgian Government bodies, EU institutions or NATO.
- You are a strategic thinker with excellent commercial judgement, resilient under pressure and capable of thriving in ambiguity.
- A natural team player and leader, able to integrate into collaborative environments and influence outcomes.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the determination to succeed in challenging circumstances.
Desirable Skills
- Prior experience selling data analytics, AI-enabled platforms, or enterprise-level technology solutions.
- Understanding of public sector digital transformation, fraud countermeasures, or citizen-centric service platforms.
