This is a senior individual contributor role joining the CEE GTM team, focused on driving new business and expanding strategic accounts across public sector and regulated enterprise customers.
What You’ll Do as a Sales Account Director
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion across assigned CEE accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle for mid-to-large enterprise opportunities
- Partner closely with regional leadership, solutions engineering, and customer success
- Execute against defined account and territory plans
- Engage senior stakeholders across government, law enforcement, financial services, and regulated industries
- Represent a sophisticated data and intelligence platform focused on compliance, investigations, and risk mitigation
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Account Director
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales (Senior AE / Account Director level)
- Experience selling into public sector and/or highly regulated environments
- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to articulate technical value
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, collaborative environment
- Experience selling within Poland / CEE
- German and English fluency strongly preferred
Relevant backgrounds include blockchain analytics, fintech, AML/compliance, cybersecurity, data platforms, or intelligence technology.
