The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to support the growth and expansion of global enterprise accounts across the public and private sectors.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong cybersecurity professional with experience in complex security solutions, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing technical sales.

Working alongside another Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner with Sales and Customer Success to lead technical engagements, demonstrate value, and drive customer adoption and account expansion across international markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Translate cybersecurity challenges into practical enterprise solutions and design integrations across SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, and security data platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with security teams, technical leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account expansion.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve shared global revenue targets through a team-based quota model.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Threat Analyst.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and the ability to engage confidently with SOC teams, threat intelligence specialists, and CISOs.
• Hands-on experience with at least one SIEM, one SOAR, and one threat intelligence platform.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting, ideally Python.
• Excellent technical presentation, demonstration, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in threat intelligence, incident response, threat hunting, or AI-driven security workflows would be advantageous.
