The Role:
My client is looking for someone who can shape their go-to-market strategy, build a strong pipeline, grow revenue, and strengthen relationships across central government, defence, and wider public-sector organisations. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in building a high-performing, growth-focused sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the UK Public Sector sales team
- Drive revenue growth and close complex, strategic deals
- Build trusted relationships within government and public-sector bodies
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and solutions teams
- Hybrid role with regular UK travel
Ideal Background:
- Strong experience in UK public sector sales & procurement cycles
- Proven success leading and scaling sales teams
- Background in complex solution selling (software, analytics, AI, etc.)
- Strategic mindset but comfortable being hands-on
- Resilient, proactive, and commercially sharp
- Bonus: experience in data, analytics, AI, or counter-fraud tech
