Your work will focus on identifying and creating the right set of solutions from their platform portfolio to meet the client’s unique problem statement, and presenting and positioning the strength and benefits of that solution to the customer throughout the commercial process working with the the Commercial sales team to drive opportunities through the sales process.
What You'll Do:
- Be a subject matter expert across full software suite
- Create and perform tailored software demonstrations for customers
- Work with the customer to build platform focused solutions that solve their unique problem statements
- Work collaboratively with the sales team throughout the commercial process
- Take ownership of completing successful proof of concepts and proof of value assessments
- Demonstrate the value proposition of technology-enabled solutions and effectively position with knowledge of a customer’s biggest priorities
- Provide strategic product roadmap input based on client and market feedback to our Product and Innovation teams
- Provide input and ideas on go-to-market process optimization
- Develop relationships across the business to support the overall mission of the company
- Commit to a mindset of delivering excellence through continuous improvement
- Learn elements of competitive products and effectively position against them in presentations

What You'll Need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technology pre-sales role
- Experience within third-party and/or supply chain risk management software
- Bachelor's Degree education or higher
