This is a build and scale role for their BDR Function: Looking to grow from 4 to 10 to 20 to 40 Reps as their AE teams scale.

The Leader of BDR will:

• Own the BDR Strategy across the US
• Recruit & build playbook for BDR Strategy
• Implement Tools to increase outreach

The Leader of BDR should:

• Be located in Dallas, working out of the HQ
• Have experience in SaaS, especially Cyber
• Have 5+ years experience in Leadership, especially BDR/SDR Teams
• Have experience scaling a BDR Function to 20-40+ reps
• Have experience coaching local reps
• Have experience in a fast-growth company
